Application for Empanelment of Designer with Office of DC(Handicrafts)

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO THE APPLICANTS

1. Essential Educational Qualifications:
   Candidates should have 4 years Degree from recognised institutions in sculpture, fine arts, design, fashion etc. (with relevance to handicrafts). Candidates must submit necessary documents related to their educational qualification and experience (if any)
   
2. Validity:
   The validity for the empanelment will be 5 years from the date of empanelment on the certificate (Empanelment of Designers 2021 onwards). The designers empanelled previously with this office are advised to re-apply if their empanelment has expired on/before the date of opening of online application (if they meet the relevant essential qualifications) for continuing their services in the handicrafts sector. Failing this, their certificate will automatically stand null and void. The empanelment of the designer shall be valid on an all-India basis i.e. any empanelled designer may work anywhere in India in programs under the schemes of the Office of the Development Commissioner (Handicrafts), regardless of which region he/she was empanelled from.
3. Guidlelines:
   
   1. Candidate must ensure that he/she fulfils at least the minimum eligibility criteria.
   2.  Scanned copy of essential documents/educational qualification/experience certificate (if applicable) should be kept ready in pdf format.
   3.  Scanned copy of Recent Photograph and Signature should also be kept ready.
